Delivery

There is no shipping charge if you choose the "Download Only" option. The Basic shipping charge covers shipment by Global Priority Mail in the US and abroad. Expedited shipping options also are available at additional cost.

What's in the Package?

Each copy of Mira includes the following:

• Mira software.
• Mira User's Guide in electronic format (some products also include a printed manual)
• Help System, Tutorials, and Sample images.
• Unlimited number of free downloads of bug fixes for the current version.
• One (1) year of technical support.

Shipping Method

Single copies of Mira are shipped to North American addresses using Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Shipment to addresses outside North America use Global Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified. Site licenses use the least expensive method to assure a delivery time of 2 to 3 days in the US or 4 to 6 days elsewhere. Other carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Airborne Express are available at additional cost.

• Standard shipping is via Postal Service. Airmail is used for shipments outside the state of Arizona.
• Other carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Airborne are available at optional cost. Please contact Mirametrics to arrange to use a carrier other than the Postal System.
