Image Geometry Commands
The commands below process the image by changing its geometry. This includes commands for rotating, shifting, scaling, resizing, and registering images.
Geometric Transformation Commands |

These commands are located in the Process > Geometry menu. |

Performs quadrant rotation, mirror flipping, and free rotations of images. |

Applies distortion free or unequal scaling of images. |

Performs integral or fractional pixel shifts of images. |

Applies a simultaneous transformation of scale, shift, and rotation. |

Enlarges an image into a background background. |

Inserts an image into a background image, either opaque or transparently. |

Crops the image or image set to a specific column and row range specified in a dialog. |

Immediately crops the image or image set to the rectangle of the Image Cursor. |

Interactively crops the image or image set to a manually drawn rectangle. |

Interactively reorients the image or image set to align a manually drawn line to a horizontal reference. |

Commands for Aligning Images |

This is a powerful, toolbar operated image registration package. This command also opens from the Animation Bar. |

Uses a one-click method to shift-align images on the centroid position near where you click the mouse. |

Uses a shift-aligns an image set on an extended object enclosed in a rubber-banded rectangle. |

Registers images using their World Coordinate System (WCS) calibration. |
