Mira Project Manager


The Mira Project Manager shows all "Batch Projects" plus their commands and parameter profiles. Use this window to edit and execute batch projects. The piture below shows one project named "My new test project" opened. If more than one project has been saved, all projects will be opened in this window. Initially, many of the buttons are grayed out. This persists until you click on a project to select it.

Properties of the Mira Project Manager

Execute

Click anywhere on any line of the project you wish to execute, then click [Execute] to run the project.

Edit Project Name

Click anywhere on any line of the project you wish to rename, then click [Edit Project Name] and enter a new name in the popup dialog. Click [OK] on the popup dialog to replace the project name in the list.

Delete Project

Click anywhere on any line of the project you wish to delete, then click [Delete Project] to remove the entire project from the list.

Delete Command

Click anywhere on the line that contains the target command you want to delete. Then click [Delete Command] to remove the command from the list.

Select Profile

Click anywhere on the line that contains the profile you wish to change for the specific command. Then click [Select Profile] to open a popup dialog that lists all profiles for the selected command.

Reload

Click this button to undo all list changes made since you last saved the projects.

Save

Click this button to save all project settings from the list.

Import

Click this button to load projects that were exported to a .axp (Mira Project) file.

Export

Click this button to save all projects a .axp (Mira Project) file.

Close

Click this button to close the Project Manager. You will be prompted to save any unsaved changes.

Help

Click this button to open "Topic Help" for the Mira Project Manager.

Using the Project Manager

The buttons listed above operate the functions of the Mira Project Manager. It is important to understand several important aspects of project management:

Special Considerations for Calibration Commands

Commands in the Calibration menu for creating master frames and express calibration execute in a separate program thread that may return a success status in some cases when they do not finish normally. In such cases, the command displays a dialog with Yes, No, and Cancel options. If you receive this dialog, choose one of the following courses of action:
