Displaying an Image
To display an image, you usually open it from a file. You may also create it in Mira using the Duplicate command or as the result of an image processing operations. If opening an image from a file, there are actually two operations involved: 1) opening the file, and 2) displaying the file. Often these are grouped together because you open the image in order to display it.
There are a number of different ways to open an image file for display.
To open a single image, use the standard Windows File > Open procedure. Additionally, you can use the following methods:
The "Most Recently Used File List" at the bottom of the File pull-down menu.
The Using Drag & Drop method.
