new_plotview

The new_plotview creator function is a non-class version of the CPlotView:new method which creates and returns a new CPlotView object.

P = new_plotview()	-- create a new instance of the CPlotView class.
...	-- other uses of the class go here, between new and delete.
P:delete()	-- deletes the object and its associated memory.
