nMagErrT is
the theoretical uncertainty of the magnitude (see Mag).CApphot:MagErrT
Returns the theoretically calculated value of the magnitude uncertainty resulting from the photometry measurement. This is calculated using the statistical variation in the background sample and various instrumental parameters. The value returned by this method is the nMagErrT class member set by Measure. For faint objects, the theoretical value nMagErrT ismore stable than the measured value nMagErr.
