Value Arithmetic
The Value Arithmetic command performs arithmetic operations between an image and a numeric value, or "operand".
The Value Arithmetic command opens from the Image Window > Process > Math menu and button on the Main Toolbar. The "immediate" form, shown first, opens when an image or image set is displayed in the top-most window. The general form can be used to select source images from folders, windows, or by matching templates.

Operation |
Select the operation to perform from the following options: Add Adds the operand value to the image pixel values. Subtract Subtracts the operand value from the image pixels. Subtract From Subtracts the image pixels from the operand value. Multiply Multiples the image pixels by the operand value. Divide Divides the image pixels by the operand value. Divide Into Divides the image pixel values into the operand value. Blend Blends (interpolates) the images pixel values with the operand value. Remainder Calculates the remainder of dividing the image pixel values by the operand value. |

Specifies the value to apply to the source images using the selectedOperation. |
Error replacement value |
Specifies the value to replace in the pixel when an illegal operation is performed. |
