Region Measurements

Marks regions on images for measuring the area, perimeter, and statistics inside a region.

Set Pixel Value

Sets the value of a pixel at specified (column,row) coordinates.

Set Region Value

Sets the value of pixels inside or outside a rectangular image region. Noise may also be added.

Edit Pixel Values

Edits pixel values in a 2-dimensional grid.
