CImCombine:SetRefImage

The SetRefImage method sets the index of the combining reference image in the CImageSet.

Syntax

CImCombine:SetRefImage( index )

index is the index of the reference image, beginning at 1.

Remarks

The reference image is used by the combining software to make a header template for the new image and as a target when normalizing the images to a common statistical value. By default, the first image is the reference image. Use this method to change it.
