CCentroid:delete

The delete method deletes an instance of the CCentroid class. Typically, the object should be deleted when you are finished using it in order to release memory used by the object. Mira automatically deletes all class objects when the script finishes but, it usually is good practice to delete objects when you are finished with them, at least so that you can re use the name.

Syntax

CCentroid:delete()

In place of CCentroid, use the actual name of the object being deleted

Example

C = CCentroid:new()	-- create a new instance of of the CCentroid class.
--	-- do something with the CCentroid.
C:delete()	-- delete the object and its associated memory.
