3-D Viewpoint Dialog
|
The 3-D Viewpoint ("View") dialog sets the viewpoint position relative to the plot surface. The adjustments are made relative to an azimuth of 0, looking into the X axis, and an elevation of 0, with the XY plane viewed edge-on. This tool window may be open while you do other things in Mira. Settings in the window are those of the current 3-D Plot window having focus.
|
The Azimuth control rotates the plot so that your viewpoint effectively moves around the data in the horizontal direction.
The Elevation control tilts the plot to move your viewpoint between edge-on and face-on.
The Distance control moves the viewpoint toward or away from the plot.
Click [Default] to save the current settings as the default for future plots. The settings in this window automatically persist for the 3-D Plot that has focus but do not automatically apply to future plots unless you click this button.
