Other Preferences (Astrometric Calibration)
The Other Preferences page allows you to change miscellaneous settings used by the astrometric calibration.
Open this dialog from the button on the Astrometric Calibration toolbar.
Verbose |
Check this box to receive verbose listing of results from the astrometric calibration procedure. |
Auto Update |
Check this box to cause the plate solution to be automatically updated after changing the reference point data. |
Min Points |
Set the minimum number of points allowed to compute the plate solution. |
Equinox |
Enter the equinox to save in the image header. This is the year for which the coordinates used in the plate solution are valid. Usually the value 2000.0 is used. This settings is used for both the EQUINOX and EPOCH keywords written to the image header. |
[Change Labels] |
Click this button to modify the way the markers and labels are drawn on the image. |
[Re-center] |
Click this button to re-center all markers using the current centroid settings. |
