Magnifying the Image
Mira provides a number of ways to magnify a displayed image. Here, magnifying the image refers to zooming the pixel display on the screen, not to changing the image scale on the pixel array, which involves resampling the pixel data (see, e.g., the Scale Image command).
In the table, below, the first two methods magnify the image about the point where you click the mouse. The last two methods magnify about the currently displayed center.
Magnifying a Displayed Image

Click on the Image Toolbar to enter Magnify Mode. Then:
To leave Magnify Mode, enter another mode. For example, click the to switch to Roam Mode. |

In any command mode,

Select the magnification setting from the View > Magnify menu. The image is magnified about its center. |
Image Context Menu |
Right click on the image to open the Image Context Menu . Select the magnification from the Magnify menu. The image is magnified about its center. |
